Cookies

Cookies are small text files put in a folder of your browser. During a visit to a website, such a file will be put in the device to send certain information to the browser. Cookies are very common and are used in many websites as they are very useful for their publishers. With them, the administrator of the website could determine, for example, whether the given computer (and probably its user) has ever visited it. Cookie files are used in our website for statistical purposes (Google Analytics).

Google Analytics cookie files

We use Google Analytics, the service used to create website statistics provided by Google, with which cookie files are saved in your device. The information generated by the cookie file about your use of the Website (including your IP address, which is where you are in the internet) will be provided and stored by Google in the servers in the United States. Google will use this information in order to assess your use of the Website, to prepare reports of the activities in the website for the operators of the website and to provide other services related to the activities in the website and to the use of the internet. Google may also send such information to external entities if the regulations of the law require this or in a case when external entities process it on behalf of Google. Google will not associate your IP address with other data which are used by Google. How do I turn off Cookies?

Mozilla Firefox

Select “Options” in the “Tools” menu, and then the “Privacy” tab.

The browser gives you the possibility of checking that you do not want to be tracked at all or to delete individual cookies from specific websites.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

Select “Internet options” in the “Tools”, and then the “Privacy” tab.

With a special slider you can set the general level of privacy, or you can use the “Websites” button to manage settings for individual websites.

Google Chrome

In the menu hidden under three horizontal lines in the top right corner of the browser, select “Tools” and then “Clear browsing data”. Apart from the possibility of clearing cookie files, you will find there a link to “More information”, where the detailed description of the privacy functions of the browser is provided.

Opera

With the “Opera” button in the top left corner, open the menu, select “Settings” and “Clear browsing history”. Apart from the possibility of deleting the already saved cookie files, you will find the “Manage cookies” button there, leading to more advanced options for specific websites.

Apple Safari

In the “Safari” menu, select “Preferences” and its “Privacy” tab. You will find there many options related to cookie files.

Mobile phones, tablets and other mobile devices

Each phone model may have this function supported differently. We recommend checking privacy options in the documentation in the website of the producer of your mobile device.
